How long will it take for my order to ship?
All items are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for production and delivery.

How will I know when my item has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number using the email provided at checkout.

Do you accept returns?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will be happy to replace it.
